Often when people attend for a psychology assessment, they aren’t sure which type of therapy would be best for the difficulties they are experiencing. This is why it is important that we complete a thorough assessment, so we can help you to figure out which type of therapy is best suited to your problems and is likely to help you get to where you want to go. Sometimes people have already tried particular types of therapy in the past and if it was successful they may wish to try it again, or if it was unsuccessful, they may like to try something different. Again, we will work with you to figure this out.

Your psychologist will undertake an assessment with you which will include gathering information about your goals. Once the assessment is complete your psychologist will be able to give a suggestion as to how many sessions you will need to achieve these goals.

Therapy can be offered either online, face to face, or a mixture of both. We realise people have different preferences therefore we try to accommodate what works best for you.
