With our help, you can gain the tools you need to be able to manage a range of mental health issues independently, allowing you to move forward with your life. Our psychologists here at Turning Tides can talk to you online or face-to-face to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the process. They will then help you explore various factors that may have brought you to where you are today. These factors will play a part in the strategies you’ll learn to manage your mental health.
All our psychologists have a doctoral level qualification and over four years post-qualification experience. They also have additional qualifications in specific therapies and are registered with the HCPC which regulate the profession.
A psychologist will then be in touch to arrange a free 15-minute no-obligation call, where we can discuss your requirements in more detail and you can get a feel for whether Turning Tides is the right psychology practice for you.
If we’re not right for you, we’ll try and signpost you to somewhere that is.
